Für ein interessantes und anspruchsvolles Projekt bei Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Systems Engineer/Project Manager (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Eurofighter Typhoon is the world´s most advanced swing-role combat aircraft providing simultaneously deployable Air-to-Air and Air-to-Surface capabilities. Airbus Manching is acting as the main contractor within the industrial Pilot Synthetic Training System consortium. Combat Training Systems department develops state-of-the-art simulator EF simulator systems. Long term, multinational, large scale system of systems programs are the best place to learn and perform systems engineering activities.
The jobholder (f/m/d) works as a Systems Engineer/Project Manager (f/m/d)  and the daily activities are:

• Capturing customer and RFP requirements, generating corresponding solutions and producing technical specifications

• Planning and schedule definition for Airbus engineering activities

• Planning and management via PBS and WBS

• Creation of Work Package descriptions, estimating resources

• Planning, coordinating and performing Technical Reviews

• Development of engineering plans (SEMP, TMP, Requirements Management Plan, Acceptance Plan, etc.)

• Continuously monitoring progress, ensure timely resolution of technical issues and lead engineering change management including customer requests acceptance/rejection

• Identification and planning of the engineering resources related to the engineering work packages and verify availability of resources with engineering managers

• Plan and monitor the qualification/acceptance of the product.

• Continuously try to find agile and lean ways of performing engineering activities

Ihr Profil

Studium

• Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen : mindestens Diplom / Master

Berufserfahrung

• Engineering : sehr gute Kenntnisse
• IT / Informationssysteme : sehr gute Kenntnisse
• Projektmanagement : sehr gute Kenntnisse
• Solid experience in Systems Engineering is mandatory
• Experience in process/quality driven organizations (e.g. NATO, UN, etc.) will be a big advantage

IT

• MS-Office : detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse
• MS-Project : detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse
• Ideally knowledge in JIRA and Confluence

Sprachkenntnisse

• Englisch : mindestens verhandlungssicher
• German Knowledge would be a plus

Kenntnisse

• Comprehensive experience in logistic and obsolescence projects is needed

Persönliche Anforderungen

• Independent, result-oriented and responsible way of working as part of an international team and in a multinational project environment 
• Experienced in understanding the needs of military customers and how to perform acceptance in system projects that are heavily driven with heavy documentation
• Work experience in multi company/multi national projects
